That page had a link to supposedly working versions of the Visual C++ 2013 redistributables. However, upon clicking the button, it took me to a page on CyberLink's support site.

I downloaded that version and tried to install it. I found a reference to a slightly newer version of the Gear 360 Action Director software on Cyberlink's UK support site. I know there are other programs that will edit 360 video.
